Privacy Policy
1. Exchange and Sharing of Information.
As a general rule, the council will not share any information we collect in regard to our clients. There are some limited instances in which a relationship manager (appointed council member) may share information in order to better assist and serve our clients.
Any information that a council member does share is only shared with an affiliated chamber to provide clients with certain products and services. Any such chamber agrees to comply with the proscriptions of this Privacy Policy and Statement in advance of receiving any information about a client or their product and service preferences.
From time to time, information collected may be shared with the following types of entities (within the parameters outlined herein):
a) Affiliated Chamber.
In some instances, a council member may provide products and/or services through affiliated chambers. In these instances, it may be necessary to provide an affiliated chamber with some information about a client in order to further the fulfillment of an agreement.
