b) Legal Process.
On rare occasions, the council is legally obliged to provide limited information in order to remain in compliance with the law, or to protect the safety of the council, its employees or other individuals.
c) Agents.
From time to time, a council member may employ other individuals to perform certain functions. For example, the council may regularly contract with delivery services. In such instances, it may be necessary to provide such an entity with information about a client in order to further the fulfillment of an agreement to provide products or services.
d) Your Consent.
Any other release of information will require a client's consent.
Note: When you are required to submit data, you will be given options to restrict the use of that data. This may include sharing data with third parties.
