Registered Office Service

The Chambers of International Commerce will assign an address to be filed at the local government registrar. All official mail will be then forwarded to any address that a client specifies.

Where an overseas resident owns a corporate structure it is a legal requirement to have a "local" registered address where all official government mail can be delivered. When the council acts as a clients registered office, all such mail from government registrars and tax authorities (including other official notices, letters and reminders) will be forwarded to clients. The Chambers of International Commerce will provide this service for all clients thereby ensuring compliance with such requirements.

Without using the registered office service, company address details will be made publicly available. Company law (in most jurisdictions) requires that the company address information be registered in public files at the appropriate government registrar. By using the registered office service clients will retain complete privacy and confidentiality.
